I have two cats that Big City Happy Paws took care of while I was out of the country for almost two weeks. This was my first time using their service and I was happy with the work that was performed since it exceeded my expectations. Nicky was kind enough to visit twice daily and used her 22 point checklist which included watering my plants and cleaning the litter boxes. I am truly happy and will recommend Big City Happy Paws to anyone with pets.

I can’t speak more highly of Nicky! She is a wonderful person & pet sitter. I highly suggest Big City Happy Paws if you are looking someone caring, loving and fun to take care of your pets. She has been taking care of my Yogi-man for several years now and I continue to feel a great sense of security knowing that he is in good hands. I don’t have to wrangle him into a carrier and take him to a boarder. I don’t have to worry that a friend or neighbor might forget to feed him. He is always well cared for. She also takes care of the fish, brings in the mail and waters the flowers on the patio. The little things she does really makes a difference to me. As I work very long hours, I often need Nicky to take Yogi to the vet or groomers. Nicky is always cheerful and happy and takes care of Yogi in a very loving way.

Nicky is a very friendly person and a passionate pet sitter. I can tell that she truly loves my dogs. My two girls, Penny and Tempy, are always excited to see her and filled with joy as they greet her like she is their best friend. She has a lot of energy and enthusiasm. I know that my dogs are being well cared for when they are with her. When I went on an extended trip, Nicky sent me daily updates and pictures of my girls so I could see how they were doing. Tempy suffers from separation anxiety and is hesitant around strangers, but she has always been comfortable and content in Nicky’s care. Nicky treats my girls as if they were her own doggie family. I trust Nicky to keep my girls happy and healthy when I am away.
